Sign the contract
Written sales contract under Hong Kong law before any payment.
Deposit + inspection
Pay the deposit to our company account. Order SGS/BV inspection if you wish.
Shipment + B/L
We load and ship. You receive loading photos and the Bill of Lading copy.
Balance + delivery
Pay the balance after the B/L. Documents couriered for customs. Machine is yours.
Questions serious buyers ask
Can I inspect before paying the full amount?
Yes. You can order an independent inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas) before shipment. You pay the inspector directly, so their report answers to you, not to us. We also provide full walk-around and engine-start videos of every machine.
How do I pay safely?
By bank transfer to our registered Hong Kong company account — never to a personal account. Standard terms: 30% deposit to secure the machine, 70% balance only after you receive the Bill of Lading copy proving the machine will be shipped from our port to your port. A signed contract comes before any payment.
What documents do I get?
Sales contract, commercial invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading, and export clearance documents — everything your customs agent needs. Documents are couriered to you after balance payment.
What if the machine is different from the video?
The contract describes the exact machine — serial number, year, hours, condition — and the videos are part of the deal record. That’s also why we recommend independent pre-shipment inspection: you get a third-party report on the exact unit before it sails.
Which ports do you ship to?
Major African ports including Casablanca, Tema, Lagos, Mombasa, Dar es Salaam, Dakar, Durban and more — plus worldwide on request. RoRo or container depending on the machine.
Who do you sell to?
Construction and BTP companies, rental fleets, used machinery dealers and resellers, earthworks contractors, quarries, mining and demolition operations, agricultural operators, developers, municipalities and brokers. If you refer a buyer, ask about our referral fee.
